Vegan Christmas Dinner at Shojin

Enjoyed Christmas dinner at one of our all-time favorite restaurants, Shojin, in Culver City, California!

Shojin Vegan Meatloaf with Red Wine Sauce, and Mashed Potatoes, topped with Caramelized Sweet Onion and Portobello Mushroom,  garnished with Vegetable Chips (Lotus Root, Carrot, Sweet Potato, and Gobo) and Steamed Romanesco
