Desiderio Chocolates, a 100% Vegan company based in Grand Rapids, MI is offering a selection special of treats for Valentine’s Day, including this box of artfully decorated chocolates presented in a red box and ribbon. Flavors include Dragon’s Milk Stout Ganache, Beer Barrel Bourbon Ganache, Raspberry Caramel, Passion Fruit Caramel, Rosemary Caramel, and Mango Garam Masala Caramel.

The Original Gourmellow and Chocolate Covered Nougatissimo by Desiderio Chocolates

We also ordered their Chocolate Covered Nougatissimo, which is Italian-style nougat full of pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts, all drenched in rich dark chocolate. I also couldn’t resist ordering their Original Gourmellow…chocolate ganache on top of light, fluffy, marshmallow all coated in dark chocolate. The chocolate for the coatings was expertly tempered, providing that beautiful “snap” that I find so satisfying. I carefully cut one of each of them open so I could get photos of the inside…
